Minute steak with feta cheese by Flog

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 8 minute steaks
- 5 1/4 ounces of feta cheese
- 1 1/4 cups of sour cream, full or light
- 6 2/3 tablespoons of sun dried tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 3/8 teaspoon of dried basil
- 3/8 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- 3/8 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 3/8 teaspoon of black pepper, finely ground
- 3/8 teaspoon of white pepper, finely ground
Instructions
Chop the feta cheese in to "little finger" size. Let the oil from the sun dried tomatoes drip and shed them into large pieces.
Roll each minute steak with a feta cheese-finger. Stick a toothpick through it so it won't unroll. Fry the rolls in medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the sour cream and let the minute steaks simmer while adding salt, pepper, herbs, garlic and the shredded sun dried tomatoes.
Serve with steamed rice.
(I used dry herbs but fresh herbs will most likely be better. Use your sense of taste and add the spices your way.)
