Peasto by Christoffer Magnerholt

Pesto with a twist, works with almost everything. Great with meats.
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 7/8 cup of green peas
- 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 2 dashes of olive oil
- salt
Instructions
Dead simple, take the peas, add in the grated parmesan and the pine kernels. Add the olive oil and season with salt. Blend till smooth.
