Fulepizza by Hannes Petri

Fulepizza

These pizza-esque sandwiches are perfect for a snack or light lunch. They aren't very filling though, so you might need a few of them.

Easy to make
Ready in 15 min (Show details)

Ingredients for 1 piece

  • 1 slice of bread
  • tomato purée
  • 1 slice of smoked ham
  • 3 tomato slices
  • 1 cheese slice
  • oregano
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut white bread into slices. I recommend that you use a fairly gluten-rich kind of bread.
  2. Spread tomato purée on the slices, and add a slice of smoked ham, tomatoes cut into thin slices, a cheese slice, and finally oregano, salt and black pepper.
  3. Bake at 390°F until the cheese looks fine.
  4. Allow the sandwiches to cool. The tomatoes get very hot while in the oven, and the cheese tastes best if allowed to solidify a bit.
