Coconut macaroons

Coconut macaroons are fast and easy to make and they taste delicious!

Ingredients for 1 batch

  • 2 eggs
  • 7/8 cup of sugar
  • 7 ounces of coconuts, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 345°F.
  2. Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl until it's fluffy.
  3. Add shredded coconut into the bowl.
  4. Form the mixture into small macaroons and place them on sheet pan.
  5. Bake in your oven for about 10 minutes.
