Coconut macaroons by Johan Bergman

Ingredients for 1 batch
- 2 eggs
- 7/8 cup of sugar
- 7 ounces of coconuts, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 345°F.
- Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl until it's fluffy.
- Add shredded coconut into the bowl.
- Form the mixture into small macaroons and place them on sheet pan.
- Bake in your oven for about 10 minutes.
