Health bread by Johan Bergman
A so called "health bread" which can be mixed with a lot of different ingredients like dried fruits and nuts. Just see this recipe as a starting point. Good luck! :)
Ingredients for 1 loaf
- 7/8 cup of rolled oats, fiber rich
- 2 1/8 cups of flour
- 6 2/3 tablespoons of flax, crushed
- 6 2/3 tablespoons of raisins
- 6 2/3 tablespoons of hazel nuts, coarsely chopped
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 2/3 cups of light yogurt
- 3 1/3 tablespoons of honey, fluid
Instructions
- Turn on the oven and put it on 390°F/400F.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients on top of the mixture and mix until it has come together.
- Grease a baking pan and add the mixture into it.
- Bake in the lower part of the oven for 1 hour.
