Health bread

A so called "health bread" which can be mixed with a lot of different ingredients like dried fruits and nuts. Just see this recipe as a starting point. Good luck! :)

Ingredients for 1 loaf

  • 7/8 cup of rolled oats, fiber rich
  • 2 1/8 cups of flour
  • 6 2/3 tablespoons of flax, crushed
  • 6 2/3 tablespoons of raisins
  • 6 2/3 tablespoons of hazel nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 2/3 cups of light yogurt
  • 3 1/3 tablespoons of honey, fluid

Instructions

  1. Turn on the oven and put it on 390°F/400F.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add the wet ingredients on top of the mixture and mix until it has come together.
  4. Grease a baking pan and add the mixture into it.
  5. Bake in the lower part of the oven for 1 hour.
