Marie's vegetarian lasagna by Johan Bergman
This is a really nice lasagna which is also quite easy to make since a pre-made cheese sauce is used.

Ingredients for 5 servings
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 carrot, grated
- 3 button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 2/3 cups of cheese sauce
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1 1/8 pounds of crushed canned tomatoes
- 7 ounces of feta cheese, diced
- olive
- 9 lasagna noodles, give or take
- rosemary
- thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 435°F.
- Fry the zucchni, the garlic cloves, the carrot and the button mushrooms. When they have got a nice colour, add the tomato sauce together with bouillon. Flavour everything with rosemary, thyme, salt and black pepper.
- While everything cooks together, grease an oven dish and prepare the feta cheese. When that is done, add the vegetable mix with lasagna plates and the cheese sauce into the oven dish. Finally, add the feta cheese and the olives on the top.
- Bake in your oven for for 20-25 minutes and then enjoy a really good meal.
