Pizza dough

If you're like me (and Homer) you probably love pizza and what's better than making your own?

This dough recipe is simple, but you can also make it more fancy by adding sugar/honey, having different sorts of flour etc. If you have some tips, please leave a comment.

Ingredients for 8 servings

  • 1 1/2 cups of water, lukewarm
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 3/4 ounces of yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 4 1/8 cups of wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Add the water, the olive oil and the yeast into a big bowl. Mix together.
  2. Add the flour and the salt into the bowl and knead until the dough feels smooth.
  3. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise for 1-1 1/2 hours.
