Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken

If you want to make something that feels quite luxurios (but maybe not if you take a photo with a mobile phone...) but still easy to make my proposal is prosciutto wrapped chicken fillets.

I like to serve it with rice.

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 10 5/8 ounces of chicken breasts
  • 3 1/2 ounces of prosciutto
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 7/8 cup of crème fraîche
  • fresh basil
  • 1 garlic clove

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 390°F.
  2. Fry the chicken fillets until they are somewhat golden. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Wrap prosciutto around each fillet and place them in a sheet pan. Add the tomatoes and the basil on top.
  4. Mix the garlic and the crème fraîche, and then lay it out on the top.
  5. Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
