Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken by Johan Bergman
Based on a recipe from Allt om mat
If you want to make something that feels quite luxurios (but maybe not if you take a photo with a mobile phone...) but still easy to make my proposal is prosciutto wrapped chicken fillets.
I like to serve it with rice.

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 10 5/8 ounces of chicken breasts
- 3 1/2 ounces of prosciutto
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 7/8 cup of crème fraîche
- fresh basil
- 1 garlic clove
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 390°F.
- Fry the chicken fillets until they are somewhat golden. Season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap prosciutto around each fillet and place them in a sheet pan. Add the tomatoes and the basil on top.
- Mix the garlic and the crème fraîche, and then lay it out on the top.
- Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
