Salmon with pesto by Johan Bergman
Salmon and pesto is a very nice combination together. Regular pesto (i.e. the green one) or red pesto can be used. Red pesto was used when the image was taken.
Serve with rice and a fresh salad.
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 1/2 ounces of pesto
- 5 1/4 ounces of cashew nuts
Instructions
- Turn on the oven and put it on 390°F.
- Put the salmon into a greased oven dish.
- Spread the pesto flat and smooth on each salmon fillet.
- Add the cashew nuts and some olive oil on top of the salmon.
- Bake in the oven until done.
