Strawberry-pear cobbler by Johan Bergman
What is better a warm summer evening than a cobbler? Here's a nice one with strawberries and pears.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients for 5 servings
- 5/8 cup of wheat flour
- 5/8 cup of rolled oats
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 1/2 ounces of butter
- 2 pears, peeled and sliced
- 12 strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 435°F.
- Mix the flour, the sugar and the rolled oats in a bowl.
- Add the butter and mix everything together.
- Grease an owen dish and place the strawberries and the pears at the bottom.
- Crumble the dough on top of the strawberries and the pears.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
