Coke Milkshake by Magnus Nordlander

Coke Milkshake

A refreshing homemade milkshake is one of the small joys of life. Imagine a hot summer's day, when you're sitting on your porch (or, if you're like me, on your balcony, because you don't have a porch), sipping on a Coke Milkshake.

It may seem like an odd combination, mixing dairy and Coca-Cola, but it works really well.

The servings in this recipe are big servings, see the image for an idea of what one serving is.

Easy to make
Ready in 5 min (Show details)

Ingredients for 1 serving

  • 7/8 cup of Coca-Cola
  • 3 1/3 tablespoons of milk
  • 8 7/8 ounces of ice cream, no need to break out the good stuff

Instructions

Add the milk and the ice cream to a blender, and pulse a couple of times. Add the Coca-Cola, and pulse a few more times. Pour into a glass and serve.
