Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 mozzarella ball, sliced thick
- 1 tomato, sliced thick
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- olive oil
- red wine vinegar
- salt
- black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Alternate tomato slices, mozzarella slices and basil. Drizzle on olive oil and red wine vinegar. Sprinkle on salt and freshly ground black pepper.
