Taco pie

A fast and easy to make pie.

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 7/8 cup of graham flour
  • 7/8 cup of wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 5/8 cup of milk
  • 1 3/4 ounces of margarine
  • tex-mex seasoning
  • 1 1/3 pounds of ground beef
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 7/8 cup of crème fraîche
  • 7/8 cup of cheese, grated
  • 1 onion

Instructions

Heat your oven to 435°F. Blend together the flour, salt, margarine and milk. Put it in a greased pie tin and prebake it for approx 10 min. Brown beef, drain. Stir in the tex-mex seasoning mix and some water, let it cook for a couple of minutes.

Put all of the meat in the pie shield, add the sliced tomatoes. Blend together all of the crème fraîche and cheese and add it on the meat and tomatoes. At last, powder chopped onion on the top.

Bake the pie in the oven until it is golden brown, (about 20 min).
