Hi there and welcome to Béchamel! I'm Johan and one of the creators of this delicious food community.

In contrast to the other Le Chef at Béchamel (i.e. Magnus Nordlander), I'm more the kind of cook that enjoys cooking food that takes less than 45 minutes from start to finish. That doesn’t mean that I don't enjoy food that took some time to prepare, but I’d rather eat it than prepare it myself! :)

My next challenge when it comes to cooking is that I want to try to make my own sushi. Given the fact that a real sushi chef is trained for years, I'm a little bit skeptical, but hey, who wouldn't want to be able to make his own sushi?
